A down-tempo, live arrangement of "Guess It's Alright", as heard on my debut EP, "Side A", and the upcoming album, "Floating in the Backseat While the World Goes By".

In the original "album version" of this track, I'm playing every instrument, recorded in overdubbed, track-by-track fashion. Re-imagining this song with the band was a really rewarding experience in how different, and frankly, moodier it ended up sounding. I feel that this version of the tune captures more of the self-pitying, infatuated, and exhausted feelings I had when I wrote it in the first place, whereas the original version more-so captures as a snapshot of what I was listening to, and what I had access to at the time.

Morgan and Dylan's harmonies and the personality they bring to it, and the tasteful restraint of Ian, Max, and John, who are musicians perfectly capable of playing more technical and busy arrangements - these are things that I'm very proud to have arranged and been apart of.
